Location location location. Directly connected to Osaka station so could go around the city as well as trips to kyoto, nara etc. loved that in addition to sleepwear for adults they would keep japanese sleepwear for the kids too

The location was excellent. 8 min walk via underground to the hotel from Main Osaka Station. Alot of eateries around. Staff was attentive and friendly. Communication was not an issue as all the staff can converse in English. The rooms are small but very clean.
