The area was great to get to anywhere in the city, most were 10-45 min train rides. Restaurants and convenience stores in the area were great. Even most things within 20 min walks were great to go to. Self enclosed/contained bathroom was great to experience, wouldn't mind having one myself.

Was right next to station so was easy to get around, super clean and staff are very accommodating. There were also family marts, Lawson and 7/11 2 minutes walk away. Plus the washing machine and drying settings in the bathroom were super handy. We Would stay there again!

The room looked new, was clean and comfortable, and had everything you needed for an extended stay. It was roomy enough for the three of us. I loved that it had a washer and the bathroom could also be used as a dryer. All of the TV stations are in Japanese, but you can also use your account to stream Netflix and YouTube in english. The location was excellent and very convenient. An entrance to the metro is just past 4 stores out the lobby door to the left. Most of the main attractions are located just 10-20 minutes walk away. There are many convenience stores and eating places located right outside the lobby doors. They also have bag storage, which was very useful.

However, when I saw future prices (for the same time I was there) I was astounded at the difference. Washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus and mini kitchenette - small, compact but perfect for a short stay in Osaka.

The futon was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. The area was also very quiet, which was a plus. However, the place was a bit tricky to find, so I highly recommend watching the guide video they provide. I think we will book here again. The stay was very affordable, and we were completely satisfied.

Clean, spacious, no strange smell and very well managed, I enjoyed the stay very much and the location is awesome: park, beautiful river, big supermarket, convenience stores and train stations (to Osaka or Kyoto) are all within 5-min walk!
