The location of the hotel close to the train station was great. The food at the restaurants I used was very good.

The price. You get what you pay for. It was cheap, the room was clean and I wasn't expecting too much because this is not the type of hotel you stay in for the experience. You stay here for accommodation - a bed, shower - and that's it.
I picked this hotel because it was right next to Sengakuji Station which had a direct train connection to Haneda airport.
We did get fresh towels and toiletries everyday so credit to them.
